We offer a variety of services to you, our valued customer. Below is a list of our most commonly used services. If you need assistance with something other than what is listed here please call us and we will be happy to help you. Discounts are always given when multiple services are performed in conjunction with one another.

Malware Removal
Our most common service. This service includes the comprehensive cleanup service. We will eliminate all traces of malware (spyware, viruses, etc) from your computer, ensuring that unwanted popups are eliminated and that your computer runs at top speed.
$75 - $125

Comprehensive Cleanup
Usually performed independently or alongside our malware removal service, this includes a comprehensive set of tweaks & settings that will help eliminate errors, improve startup times, and improve the overall performance of your computer.
$50 - $75

General Diagnostics
Useful if your computer just isn't working right and you want to know what went wrong. Common examples include: computer will not power on, error messages, clicking noises, unable to login, internet isn't working, video problems, and random restarts. No matter what the symptoms are, we will perform a comprehensive set of diagnostics to determine exactly what went wrong and how it can be fixed.
$50 - $100

Onsite Service
When you can't afford to be without the computer or simply don't feel like bringing it to us, we'll come to you. Almost all of our in-store services can be provided on-site for your convenience. This includes malware removal, diagnostics, computer setup/migration, internet troubleshooting, network setup, and anything else you might need help with.
$150 per hour (plus travel charges, typically $50 - $100)

Hardware Installation
If you've purchased an upgrade or peripheral from us (or another company), we'll be happy to install and configure it for you. From video cards to wireless adapters to DVD drives to hard drives, we install them all. By coming to us, you can be sure your new hardware will be properly installed by a trained professional and that all complicated driver installations will be handled by us.
$35 - $75

Data Recovery
If your computer has stopped working or your internal or external hard drive is no longer accessible, we can recover your valuable pictures, documents, music, and other information. With our high success rate you can rest assured that if the data is there, we will get it. In extreme cases of physical hard drive damage, we can also ship your drive to our partner recovery center for "clean room" platter transfer to recover even the most hopelessly lost data.
$75 - $250

Operating System Installation
When you just want to get a fresh start with your computer and need it to be "like new," we can format your hard drive and reinstall your operating system. From Windows 3.1 to Windows 7, or ever Linux or DOS-based systems, we will get your computer running at top performance by restoring it to factory conditions. We'll also handle the installation of all drivers and updates, one less thing for you to worry about. If you have information you don't want to loose, we will be happy to back it up and restore it for you.
$75 - $100

Data Transfer
If you've recently purchased a new computer and want to get documents, music, emails, pictures, address books, favorites, or other information transferred from your old system to the new one, we can certainly do that for you. We can also save your old information to a flash drive or DVD disc.
$50 - $100

Insurance Evaluation
If you were unfortunate enough to have a lightning strike, flooding, or some other disaster occur and your computer isn't functioning properly, we can perform a comprehensive set of diagnostics and give you a complete repair estimate that can be submitted to your insurance company should you wish to claim the damage under your homeowner's insurance.
